identificati tutti i prodotti che
contengono legno proveniente
da foreste gestite in maniera
corretta e responsabile secondo
rigorosi standard ambientali,
sociali ed economici. La
foresta di origine è stata quindi
controllata e valutata in modo
indipendente in conformità
a specifici standard stabiliti
e approvati da FSC®, i cui
schemi si sviluppano su due
livelli: la certificazione forestale,
indirizzata a chi gestisce
la foresta o la piantagione;
la certificazione della Chain
of Custody, indirizzata a chi
trasforma la materia prima,
realizza il prodotto finito
o i suoi componenti, attestando
quindi che la materia prima
utilizzata (nel caso di Itlas
i tronchi interi) rispetta gli
standard FSC®.

all products containing wood
from sustainably managed
forests to severe environmental,
social and economic standards.
This means that the forest
of origin has been monitored
and assessed independently
in compliance with specific
standards established and
approved by FSC® on two
different levels: forest
certification, addressed to those
who run the forest or plantation:
Chain of Custody certification,
addressed to those who
transform raw materials to
make a finished product or its
components and certifying that
the raw material used (in the
case of Itlas, complete trunks)
observes FSC® standards.
