Ranging from classic to contemporary, the New Classics
collection draws on designs and styles from the past
combined with original concepts. Our designs can take up
to two years from the earliest concepts to get the finished
product to the standard our customers expect from us.
Complete collections of table, floor, wall and ceiling lights
alongside matching chandeliers or pendants are ranged
for
a
co-ordinated
look.
Different
finishes
are
also
offered from highly polished nickel to oxidised brass
finishes that achieve a patina almost indistinguishable
from a genuine antique finish. Our designs incorporate high
quality
crystal
and
some
use
the
finest
quality shades. The New Classics modern designs also
include
a
fabulous
collection
of
stylish
table
lights.
The
New
Classics
ranges
take
their
inspiration
from
a cross section of styles and designers from 19th and
20th
centuries,
including
Art
Deco,
Art
Nouveau
and
Edwardian influences. Art Nouveau, which spread out of
Europe in the late 19th century up until the 1st world war
is concurrent with flowing and natural lines. Whilst the
slightly later Art Deco follows quite hard lines and has a
far more current, modernist look. The Edwardian style is
much more traditional yet fits well alongside these styles.
