La sua architettura è l’espressione di una voluta e serena
presenza. Il suo linguaggio è limpido: il basamento,
appena sollevato dal pavimento, si distingue con una
leggera linea d’ombra ed è la piattaforma che accoglie il
sistema articolabile di cuscini mobili, mentre la scocca
superiore ben connessa ripropone volumi angolari
essenziali, come gesti architettonici in sintonia con
l’ambiente.
Da tutto ciò deriva la logica e spontanea scomponibilità
di Keen. I suoi generosi volumi trasferiscono un
immediato e naturale senso di comfort.
The design of the Keen sofa—its geometry, its volume,
its overall sensibility—speaks a clear message: one
of elegant relaxation. Its stylistic language is direct,
avoiding all unnecessary complications and distractions:
the visual impression of the base, slightly raised from the
ground, is reinforced by a powerful and uninterrupted
running line. The rigorously fashioned, the plush and
bold cushions, cubistic armrests, further enhance the
effect. Each element serves the compelling stylistic logic
of Keen, whilst still communicating an immediate and
natural sense of comfort.
