Slick, il suo nome richiama la forma. E’ una collezione
di raffinati ed eleganti contenitori che richiamano la
noblesse dei vecchi bauli di viaggiatori chic. I volumi
modulari, sia in orizzontale che in verticale, sono
adagiati su basi metalliche cromate o verniciate: barre
orizzontali basse o telai con piedini alti. La semplicità e
la rigorosità architettoniche sono arricchite e sottolineate
dalla fessura ombrosa, un solco che gira lungo tutto
il perimetro della facciata, al tempo stesso segno
grafico e maniglia dei cassetti. Slick è un’ulteriore
prova di passione per i dettagli, il rivestimento è solo
ed esclusivamente in cuoio accuratamente tagliato,
steso, piegato, battuto ed incollato sull’intero corpo del
contenitore, con una cura del tutto sartoriale per ogni
singolo pezzo.
Slick, its name recalls the shape. It is a collection of
refined and elegant storage forniture that recall the
noblesse of old chic travellers’ trunks. The modular
volumes, both horizontally and vertically, are placed
on chromed or painted metal bases: low horizontal bars
or frames with high feet. The architectural simplicity
and rigor are enriched and underlined by the shadowy
fissure, a groove that runs along the entire perimeter of
the facade, at the same time a graphic sign and drawer
handle. Slick is further proof of passion for details,
the covering is only and exclusively in saddle leather,
carefully cut, stretched, folded, beaten and glued onto
the entire body of the cabinet, with completely sartorial
care for every single piece.
