HOULÈS X AC/AL: DESIGN OBJECTIVE !
Le studio de design AC/AL fondé par Amandine Chhor et Aïssa Logerot en
2013, s’attache à concevoir des produits qui valorisent l’usage et la simplicité
des lignes. La pluridisciplinarité de leur travail, leur permet de développer
une approche spécifique à chaque projet, dans laquelle le dessin dialogue en
continu avec la modélisation 3D.
« Pour cette première collaboration avec Houlès,
nous avons conçu des articles innovants intégrant
aussi les contraintes techniques, pour parvenir à une
proposition globale en adéquation avec les valeurs et
le positionnement de la marque. »

The Design studio AC/AL founded by Amandine Chhor and Aïssa Logerot in 2013, focuses
on designing products that value usage and simplicity of lines. The multidisciplinary
nature of their work, allows them to develop a specific approach to each project, in which
drawing dialogues continuously with 3D modeling.

proposal in line with the values and
positioning of the brand. »

« The finials allowed us to explore various sources of
inspiration such as architecture, jewelry or sculpture. For
the brackets, we were more guided by the manufacturing
possibilities and constraints, inherent to this type of
product ».
« The different finishes bring different aesthetic sensibilities. More technical and industrial for the brushed nickel finish; more graphic and
contrasting for the black nickel version and more Art deco for the bronze version ».
« We wanted a collection of supplemental finials that are
singular and discreet, modern and classic; simple shapes that
we never tire of and that highlight the finishes and the curtains. »

« Les embouts nous ont permis d’explorer diverses sources d’inspiration :
l’architecture, la joaillerie ou la sculpture ; pour les supports, nous avons été
guidés par les possibilités et les contraintes de fabrication inhérentes à ce
type de produit. »
« Les différentes finitions apportent des sensibilités esthétiques différentes :
technique et industrielle pour la finition nickel brossé; graphique et contrastée en
nickel noir et plus Art déco pour la version bronze ».

complémentaires, singuliers et discrets, modernes et
classiques ; des formes simples dont on ne se lasse pas
et qui permettent de mettre en lumière les finitions et
les rideaux. »

DELTA : clin d’œil aux lignes épurées et géométriques du style Art déco.
