I materiali utilizzati sono tutti di prima scelta e, per quanto riguarda il collaudo
dei prodotti, l’azienda si è avvalsa dei criteri previsti dalle normative in materia.
HenryGlass, nell’ambito del continuo miglioramento dei propri prodotti ed accessori
si riserva il diritto di apportare in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso modifiche
alle caratteristiche tecniche o estetiche dei propri modelli. Per motivi legati alla
stampa i colori riprodotti in questo catalogo possono differire dai colori reali
dei manufatti. Quindi, i colori riprodotti nel catalogo sono indicativi. All’interno
del catalogo le misure sono espresse in mm. Ogni pezzo è realizzato su misura
richiesta dal cliente; le dimensioni indicate nelle pagine di presentazione delle
porte si riferiscono alle dimensioni massime e minime dell’anta finita.
La dicitura RAL presente sul catalogo si riferisce al RAL Classic. Per la pulizia e la
manutenzione dei prodotti riferirsi all’apposita “Scheda prodotto” inserita in ogni
imballo e scaricabile dal sito www.henryglass.it. Per la resa estetica effettiva di tutti
i materiali e decori si prega di riferirsi sempre ai campionari HenryGlass disponibili
presso i punti vendita autorizzati.
CATALOGO MANHATTAN, MANHATTAN-UP E VITRA
Le porte in vetro HenryGlass sono realizzate su misura in vetro di sicurezza
monolitico temperato da 10 mm o stratificato temperato da 5+5 mm di spessore
trasparente, trasparente colorato, satinato, satinato colorato, laccato o a specchio.
Tali tipologie di vetro sono, eventualmente, personalizzabili con vari modelli di
decori. Tutti i vetri HenryGlass sono certificati secondo le norme UNI EN 12150
per quanto riguarda la tempera e UNI EN 14449 per quanto riguarda la stratifica.
Prove di crash test ed altri test di sicurezza interni realizzati periodicamente
attestano la sicurezza dei prodotti HenryGlass e la bontà dei processi con cui
vengono realizzati.
I profili e gli accessori con finitura anodizzata sono trattati con processo di
anodizzazione elettrochimica per ottenere un interessante palette cromatica
rendendoli pressoché inerti agli agenti esterni. Non si garantisce l’omogeneità
cromatica degli elementi realizzati in alluminio anodizzato che possono presentare
delle leggere differenze di colore dovute al lotto di produzione da cui provengono.
I profili e i vari accessori sono realizzati in alluminio anodizzato (differenti finiture).
I profili e gli accessori laccati sono verniciati a polveri epossidiche (per esempio
la finitura bianco). Gli elementi realizzati in materiale plastico sono in nylon ad alta
resistenza.
La serratura magnetica per la chiusura della porta a battente è realizzata in
alluminio anodizzato. Fornita già assemblata all’anta e completa di meccanismo
interno standard collaudato e di grande affidabilità viene proposta in più versioni,
anche con controcartella per anta doppia. La maniglia è sempre intercambiabile
su quadro italiano standard. Di serie sono previste le maniglie modello Clip e
modello Life by HenryGlass che si presentano con le stesse finiture del carter e
degli elementi strutturali della porta. Se si desidera bloccare l’apertura dell’anta a
battente Vitra è disponibile un piccolo catenaccio inseribile anche in un secondo
momento in quanto non è necessario forare il vetro.
Tutte le tipologie di porte in vetro Manhattan, Manhattan-up e Vitra possono essere
installate su stipiti standard oppure fornite abbinate agli stipiti HenryGlass che si
suddividono nelle seguenti collezioni:
_ Stipiti Light, S-Light, Cube, Isy realizzati in alluminio anodizzato varie
finiture o verniciati a polveri epossidiche.
_ Stipiti Plain a filo muro (solo per anta a battente) realizzati in alluminio
pre-verniciato con vernice epossidica bicomponente, sostituiscono
l’imbotte-stipite e sono in grado di adattarsi a muri e pareti in cartongesso
di spessore diverso, comprensivi di guarnizioni di battuta.
Lo scorrimento a vista Absolute per porte scorrevoli esterno muro, realizzato in
acciaio, è adatto a fori senza stipite. Le mantovane per lo scorrimento Classic
sono fornite in alluminio (varie finiture anodizzate o verniciate a polveri epossidiche);
Le porte a specchio (comprese quelle con decori specchiati) possono essere
realizzate con una larghezza massima di 1300 mm e un’altezza massima di 3050 mm.
Le porte a specchio, essendo temperate, possono risultare non perfettamente
planari; pertanto, una leggera deformazione dell’immagine specchiata deve
considerarsi normale.
Nella porta a bilico il pivot laterale può essere posizionato a 80 o 150 mm dal
bordo dell’anta in base al peso e alla dimensione della stessa. La lunghezza delle
viti di fissaggio dei pivot è circa 4,5 cm quindi si consiglia di verificare gli impianti a
pavimento.

MANHATTAN, MANHATTAN-UP AND VITRA CATALOGUE
Henry Glass doors are made from 10 mm thick tempered monolithic or 5+5 mm
tempered stratified glass, and are available in clear, frosted, coloured frosted,
lacquered, or mirror finishes. These types of glass can also be customised with
various decorations.
All HenryGlass glass panes are certified to UNI EN 12150 for tempering and to
UNI EN 14449 for lamination. HenryGlass products undergo periodic crash tests
and other in-house safety tests, which demonstrate the safety of the products and
the quality of the manufacturing processes.
Profiles and accessories with an anodised finish undergo an electrochemical
anodisation process to achieve an interesting palette of colours, rendering them
almost inert to external agents. The chromatic homogeneity of anodised aluminium
elements, which may differ slightly in colour depending on the production batch,
is not guaranteed. The profiles and various accessories are made of anodised
aluminium (with different finishes). Profiles and accessories with a lacquered finish
are painted with epoxy powders (e.g. the white finish). The plastic elements are made
of high-strength nylon.
The magnetic lock for swing doors is made of anodised aluminium.
It is supplied already assembled on the door and complete with a proven,
highly reliable standard internal mechanism. It is available in multiple versions,
also with backplate for double door.
The handle is always interchangeable on an Italian standard frame.
The Clip and Life by HenryGlass handles are provided as standard in the same
finishes as the cover and structural elements of the door. A small bolt can be used
to block the opening of a Vitra swing door. Since it is not necessary to perforate
the glass, the bolt can be applied at a later stage.
All Manhattan, Manhattan-up and Vitra glass doors can be installed on standard
frames or supplied with HenryGlass frames which are divided into four collections:
_ Light, S-Light, Cube and Isy frames made of anodised aluminium with
a range of finishes, or lacquered with epoxy powders.
_Flush Plain frames (for swing doors only) made of aluminium coated with
a two-component epoxy varnish. They replace standard frames and adapt to
walls and plasterboard of different thicknesses. They are supplied with gaskets
for doorstops.
Absolute on-sight sliding systems for sliding doors on the outer surface of the wall.
Built in stainless steel, they are suitable for hole openings without frames.
Valances for Classic sliding systems are available in aluminium (several anodised
or lacquered finishes with epoxy powders are available).
Mirrored doors (including those with mirrored decorations) can be manufactured
with a maximum width of 1300 mm and a maximum height of 3050 mm.
Tempered mirrored doors may not be perfectly flat; therefore, slight image
distortion is normal.
Depending on the weight and size of the door, the side pivot of the pivot door can
be placed 80 or 150 mm from the edge. The fastening screws for the pivots are
approximately 4.5 cm long. Therefore, we recommend verifying any underfloor
systems.
Regarding the “Stone” collection, the models are the result of a collaboration with
Florim Ceramiche S.p.A. and are based on the models featured in their catalogues.
The porcelain stoneware slabs used for the Manhattan-up line are 3 mm thick and
can be up to 1200x3000 mm in size. As they are cold-moulded, they may differ
slightly from the standard stoneware used for the coverings in the Florim.com
catalogue. Please note that the glass doors that simulate the stones in the Stone
collection cannot faithfully replicate the appearance of stoneware coverings, as they
are produced using different technologies and materials. The colours reproduced in
the catalogue are always indicative.
The maximum height of the wooden panels used for the Manhattan-up line
is 2970 mm.
For the “Mosaico” collection, the decorative compositions are available only
for the Manhattan line and they must be paired with one of the GRID models.
For the latter, in all cases of sliding doors, the Square handle must be used as
the Avenue handle is not compatible with the profiles of the glazing bars.
The weight of the Manhattan line doors is approximately 30 kg/m2, and the weight
of the Vitra line doors is approximately 25 kg/m2.
ADELA CATALOGUE
The doors are made with 50 mm thick hollow-core panels for swing doors, 40 mm
thick panels for disappearing sliding doors and 55 mm thick panels for pivot doors.
They are manufactured with a solid wood perimeter frame and a high-density
honeycomb interior and finished with two 5 mm thick MDF sheets.
The veneer can be made from lacquered, brushed ash or various other types of wood
essence. If requested, the raw panels can be supplied already treated with white
high-coverage polyurethane primer.
For installation on a flush Plain frame, the swing door’s recessed hinges are
completely retractable and adjustable on three axes.
They are available in two finishes: nickel-plated or white. For installation on frames
other than the Plain frames, the Adela swing door is available with an exclusive
full-height anodised aluminium hinge (in various finishes). It is available in the
standard version or the 180° version.
The standard magnetic lock for swing doors features a hole for the handle and can
be optionally fitted with a key or turnsnib/privacy closing system, even at a later stage.
As for handles, Life by HenryGlass and Clip handles are available even though the
handles are always interchangeable according to the customer needs.
A recessed retractable knob (with a push-pull function) is 30 x 30 mm in size,
made of zinc alloy and has a satin chrome finish. For double swing doors,
bolt closing is provided.
Every piece is custom-made according to the customer’s requirements.
The dimensions presented on the pages illustrating the doors refer to the maximum
and minimum sizes of the door.
The weight of an Adela door can range from 15 to 20 kg/m2, depending on the model
and panel thickness.
Per quanto riguarda la Collezione “Stone”, i modelli derivano da una partnership
con Florim Ceramiche S.p.A. e fanno riferimento ai suddetti modelli riportati nei
loro cataloghi. Le lastre di gres porcellanato utilizzate nella linea Manhattan-up
sono realizzate con spessore 3 mm e la loro dimensione massima è 1200x3000 mm.
Essendo stampate a freddo possono differire leggermente dai gres standard
utilizzati per i rivestimenti presenti nel catalogo Florim.com. Si precisa che le
lastre in vetro che simulano le pietre della collezione Stone non possono replicare
fedelmente l’aspetto dei rivestimenti in gres, poiché prodotte con tecnologie e
supporti materiali differenti. I colori riprodotti sul catalogo sono sempre indicativi.
I pannelli in legno utilizzati nella linea Manhattan-up sono realizzabili con altezza
massima 2970 mm.
Per quanto riguarda la collezione “Mosaico”, le composizioni decorative sono
disponibili solo per la linea Manhattan ed è necessario abbinarle ad uno dei modelli
GRID. Per questi ultimi, in tutti i casi di scorrevoli, è obbligatorio l’abbinamento della
maniglia Square in quanto la maniglia Avenue non è compatibile con i profili Grid.
Il peso delle ante è di circa 30kg/m2 per le ante linea Manhattan e 25kg/m2
per le ante linea Vitra.
CATALOGO ADELA
Le porte sono realizzate con pannelli in struttura tamburata spessore totale 50 mm
per le battenti, spessore 40 mm per le scorrevoli a scomparsa, 55 mm per le porte
a bilico realizzati con un telaio perimetrale in legno massello e alveolare ad alta
intensità all’interno, finito con due fogli di MDF di 5 mm di spessore.
L’impiallacciatura è realizzata in specie legnosa frassino spazzolato laccato oppure
nelle varie essenze. I pannelli grezzi a richiesta vengono forniti già trattati con fondo
poliuretanico ad alta copertura di colore bianco.
Nel caso di installazione su stipite Plain a filo muro, le cerniere incassate della porta
a battente, completamente a scomparsa e regolabili su tre assi, sono disponibili in
due finiture: nichelata o bianca. Nel caso di installazione su stipiti diversi dal Plain,
la porta a battente Adela viene proposta con esclusiva cerniera a tutta altezza
in alluminio anodizzato (varie finiture) disponibile nella versione normale o nella
versione con cerniera MH 180.
La serratura magnetica di serie per la porta a battente prevede il foro per la maniglia
e può essere eventualmente implementata con chiave o nottolino / privacy anche in
un secondo momento. A livello di maniglie sono previste le maniglie modello Clip
e modello Life by HenryGlass anche se le maniglie sono sempre intercambiabili e
a scelta del cliente. Pomolo a incasso retrattile (con funzione push-pull):
dimensioni 30 x 30 mm, realizzato in zama con finitura cromo satinata.
Nelle ante a battente doppie è prevista la chiusura con catenaccio.
Ogni pezzo è realizzato su misura richiesta dal cliente; le dimensioni indicate nelle
pagine di presentazione delle porte si riferiscono alle dimensioni massime e minime
dell’anta finita.
Il peso delle ante Adela può variare da 15 a 20kg/m2 in base al modello e allo
spessore del pannello.
