per eliminare eventuali imperfezioni ed
essere avviati alle operazioni di taglio.
Una volta tagliate le dime, ogni singolo
pezzo viene nuovamente supervisionato.
Ordine alla mano, si ricompongono i tagli
da inviare al reparto cucitura, dove il
personale altamente specializzato si
occupa delle finiture.
Nel reparto di assemblaggio il prodotto
assume la sua configurazione definitiva e
subisce un ultimo meticoloso controllo
prima di essere avviato al settore
spedizioni. Una ricerca attenta anche dal
punto di vista ecologico, con
la limitazione e/o l’eliminazione di
contaminanti chimici.
Fabrics and leathers are meticulously
checked by experts to exclude any
imperfections and to be prepared for
cutting operations. Once cut, each piece
is again supervised for consistency and
quality control. The cut segments are then
sent to the sewing department, where
highly skilled staff take care of the
finishing details.
In the assembly department the product
takes its final form and undergoes a
thorough final inspection before being sent
to the shipping section. A careful inspec-
tion is also carried out from the ecological
point of view, with the limitation and / or
elimination of chemical contaminants.
