Trailblazing TANKHOUSE is the design-driven development
firm behind the project that operates through layering: together,
layout & materials create a gradient of public to private space,
eroding the dense urban block & inviting a flow of air, light &
movement throughout the building.
Intimacy & openness exist in equal measure. Privacy is preserved, but
lightwells, patios & loggias are woven into the fabric of the building,
