Nº 46
A Japanophile at heart, ALFRED often treats his guests to a glass of
sweet-and-sour UMESHU, mixed with sparkling water. Despite the name,
JAPANESE plum wine is, in fact, not a wine at all — it’s liquor infused
with plums, rather than fruit fermented into alcohol.
“My FLANEUR SOFA has a sophisticated attitude.
When you look at it, you feel like it’s drawing you to sit
on it and rest in a posh way.”
ALFRED BRAMSEN RECOMMENDS
a UMESHU SPRITZ

“It’s really simple and it’s
really nice. And you can kind
of drink a lot of it without
getting too drunk.”
OBS: Her kan Alfred skrive et par ord som japansk kaligrafi. f.eks “relaxing in style” “Posh relaxation”
