Stairs
La storia di Stairs. Stairs è un tappeto contemporaneo
realizzato in fibra di bambù e lino caratterizzato da un effetto
a basso-rilievo. Il motivo a righe di luci ed ombre enfatizza
l’aspetto serico del materiale e la sua vibrante palette di
colori. L’uso di materiali sostenibili dal basso impatto
ambientale, quali i filati biodegradabili e resistenti del lino,
sono al centro del processo produttivo di G.T.DESIGN, nel
completo rispetto dell’uomo e della natura.
Originale e su misura. Stairs, in lino e bambù tessuto a mano
con motivi a rilievo, è disponibile fino a 4 m di larghezza anche
in forme rotonde.
Dove utilizzarlo. Grazie al lino presente nei filati utilizzati,
Stairs sviluppa caratteristiche di resistenza superiori e si
adatta ai più svariati utilizzi in interno, sia come tappeto
che come passatoia di grandi dimensioni. Nonostante la
sua robustezza, questo tappeto è anche estremamente
morbido al tatto, qualità che lo rende ideale per camere
da letto e zone giorno.
The story of Stairs. Stairs is a contemporary rug made
of bamboo and linen fibers characterized by a bas-relief
effect. The striped pattern of light and shadow emphasizes
the silky appearance of the material and its vibrant color
palette. The use of sustainable materials with a low
environmental impact, such as biodegradable and durable
linen yarns, are at the core of G.T.DESIGN’s production
process, with complete respect for people and nature.
Original and bespoke. Stairs, hand-woven with linen and
bamboo with embossed patterns is available up to 4 m
(13’1” ft) wide, also in round shapes.
Where to use it. Thanks to the flax present in the yarn,
Stairs develops superior strength characteristics and is
suitable for a wide variety of indoor uses, whether as a
rug or as a large-scale runner. Despite its sturdiness, this
rug is also extremely soft to the touch, making it ideal for
bedrooms and living areas.
