Le Corbousier.
Furnishings serve as reminders of our lives, recreating them
filled with emotions, conferring upon every piece a value
that goes beyond the purpose for which it was created.
The I-Ching is based on the use of the trigrams and
hexagrams that mark out the Book of Changes.
The continuous and broken lines of the modular I-Ching
system are represented in hanging shelves and containers,
in combinations referring to the content of the Book of
Changes.
The I-Ching fully belongs to systems of modular furnishings,
marked out by their elegance and rigour, all its constituent
parts standing out against a backrest scored by trigrams
and hexagrams.
The Worldesign project, designed with the I-Ching in mind,
not only fulfils functional and aesthetic requirements, but
also represents the spirit of its owner.

I mobili ricordano il nostro vissuto e ce lo restituiscono
carico di emozioni, ogni oggetto ha un valore che va al di là
dello specifico per cui è stato realizzato.
Il sistema I-Ching nasce dall’idea di utilizzare i trigrammi
e gli esagrammi che contraddistinguono il Libro dei
Mutamenti. Le linee intere e le linee spezzate nel sistema
modulare I-Ching sono rappresentate da mensole e
contenitori sospesi e le loro combinazioni rimandano ai
significati contenuti nel Libro dei Mutamenti.
I-Ching system appartiene a pieno titolo ai sistemi di arredo
componibili, si contraddistingue per l’eleganza e il rigore,
tutti gli elementi che lo compongono si stagliano su uno
schienale che fa da spartito ai trigrammi e agli esagrammi.
Nel panorama Worldesign, progettare una composizione
con I-Ching system significa non solo rispondere a esigenze
funzionali ed estetiche, ma essere rappresentativo di chi lo
possiede.
