Gorini Divani
The dream of Davide Gorini and Vilma Dogari came true in 1986: they created a company not
only capable of producing sofas of the highest quality, but also of innovating the furniture
industry. Born in the center of Romagna’s industrial district, which was living its roaring
years, Davide and Vilma founded Gorini Divani, a company characterized by the principle
of design, meant as accurate and passionate work, without neglecting the smallest detail.
Because we know that’s in the smallest detail, even the one that’s not visible, that reside true
excellence, the distinctiveness that’s typical of the great design products. And that’s exactly
the distinctiveness of the sofa and armchairs designed by Davide Gorini who, with study and
passion, has started actual revolu- tions in the furniture industry. Davide has always been
interested in research and innovation and these aspects are so important that they have
always had a significant role in the production of the Gorini Divani’s Italian sofas, whose
success has reached beyond the national borders.
While the furniture industry of Romagna was suffering for a crisis without precedents, Vilma
and Davi- de’s company began to dominate the international markets, starting from the
French one, where it’s still successfully present. Beside France the sofas designed and
produced by the Italian company are present in many other areas of the world, from the
USA to South Africa and from Asia to Russia.
Today the company founded by Vilma and Davide is a strong reality that stands as an
example of that ancient excellence that made Italian sofa design known around the world.
