The ensemble, made up of two separate
buildings with a golden connecting structure,
was designed by LP architektur from
Altenmark in cooperation with landscape
architect Karin Walch. A particular highlight
of the architecture: the structures are
designed in such a way that other parts of
the building do not obstruct the exhilarating
panoramic views, while guaranteeing
maximum privacy in the suites.
The Hochgartl complex was built over nine
months using local larch wood. The companies
involved, from the building contractor and
carpenter to the stove manufacturer, were
also from the local area.

Smart technology hidden behind a sleek
surface allows you to operate different
devices and functions in your KNX system.
Despite the cosy
cabin atmosphere,
it must not be
forgotten that
guests are staying
in a 5-star resort.
This means that
the greatest possible
comfort and all
technical amenities
are of course also
provided. From the
ultra-modern
underground car
park – including its
own car wash –
and direct access
to every suite by
lift, to the modern
electronics. This
