The Gira pushbutton sensor 4 requires only
limited space on the wall, but offers maximum
convenience for the precise operation of
various KNX applications. During set-up, the
buttons can be configured as desired
according to the application. Depending on
the chosen setting, they can be operated
on the left or right. The LEDs provide clear
information on operation and status. They
also help you get your bearings and make
operation easier in the dark.
For important messages, each status display
can also be programmed in an overlapping
manner, enabling even more functions.
These messages may relate to information
concerning a hazard from a wind alarm or
an open garage door, for example, which
is then indicated by a flashing LED.
In order to reduce the brightness in bedrooms
or nurseries, the LEDs can simply be switched
from day to night mode.
The Gira pushbutton sensor 4 adapts flexibly
to your personal requirements. If you want
to change the function control or LED colour
assigned to a specific button, this can be
easily reprogrammed at any time.
An investment for the future: full updates will
be available for the Gira pushbutton sensor 4
and it is set up for encrypted communication
according to the KNX Secure Standard.
