The design of these furniture pieces by Stéphane
Parmentier has been infuenced by the graphic art
of the seventies, an era where artists as Victor Vasarely
analyzed the formal qualities of what constituted
an aesthetic object and studied nature in search
of the building blocks of the visual universe.
Here, fat surfaces and colliding curves interact
as a visual manifestation of the natural geometry
of the organic world.
