This line objects was inspired by the “stacked”
shape often seen at the base of some buildings in
Italy, as well as Salvatore Ferragamo’s celebrated heel.
The Scala collection features a selection of
furnitures such as stools, tables, end tables,
nightstands and sideboards, as well as small interior
decor and accessories such as centerpieces, boxes,
lanterns and vases, which all have an identical
recurring motif, layered and highlighted by
deliberately thick legs, that lends a delicate graphic
line.
At times, a pure cylindrical shape stands alone;
at others a duo or a trio form a stool or occasional
table.
The key to these pieces’ elegance is absolute
precision of proportions.
A choice of light, dark or muted colours creates
the option to match or vary colours and contrasts.
