Vera Borghgraef
The Belgian artist Vera Borghgraef (1969) indulges her
creative side in various ways: she’s an architect, a designer
of jewelry and a sculptor.
While her architectural designs are generally characterised
by straight lines and rectilinear shapes, her sculptural
designs are outlined by flowy curves, texture and open
spaces.
Vera’s sculptures can be placed in various positions, meaning
that there is generally no front or back, top or bottom to
her work. This leaves space for different interpretation each
time it’s repositioned.
