LADEMADERA’s base is natural teak wood and black pow-
der-coated aluminium: two 100% recyclable materials that
are highly durable and resistant. In fact, the teak used is
entirely untreated, something which would be unnecessary
due to its many beneficial properties and its lack of ageing.
“We always wanted to make a collection that
could be placed in different environments, but
which would respect these different settings.
When designing pieces for the outside world,
and to be in nature, you have to try to design res-
pectfully to create objects that coexist with their
setting. LADEMADERA blends in, and allows the
client to experience a sense of calm, relaxed-
ness and familiarity,” explain the designers.
Many of the phases of the manufacturing process of LA-
DEMADERA are manual. According to the designers, the
simplicity of the collection means that the aesthetic cohe-
rence created by technical and structural details enhance
the products’ quality and value.

El ADN de LADEMADERA está hecho de teca
natural y aluminio termolacado en color ne-
gro: dos materiales 100 % reciclables y de alta
durabilidad y resistencia. De hecho, la teca no
presenta ningún tipo de tratamiento adicio-
nal, pues por sus propiedades y buen envejeci-
miento no lo requiere.
“Al crear esta colección pensa-
mos en que pudiera integrarse
en diferentes ambientes respe-
tando los lugares en los que se
iba a ubicar. Cuando piensas en
el mundo exterior y la naturale-
za, tienes que intentar diseñar
con respeto para crear objetos
que convivan con el contexto.
LADEMADERA se integra y per-
mite al cliente vivir una expe-
riencia tranquila, relajante y fa-
miliar”, explican los diseñadores.
Muchas de las fases del proceso de fabricación
de LADEMADERA son manuales. De acuerdo
con sus diseñadores, la sencillez de esta colec-
ción atemporal conlleva que el valor añadido lo
aporten todos los detalles técnicos y construc-
tivos, que determinan la coherencia estética.
