MIKADO

Un sottile e raffinato intreccio volto a richiamare
qualche arte lontana, e permettere di creare un
sostegno solido ai piani fissi di questo tavolo, laddove
potrebbero sembrare impossibili. È come l’antica
maestria delle tessiture che vede trasformare in
vesti lucenti un semplice e sottile filo di seta, ma
che in MIKADO diventa d’acciaio. L’asimmetria nella
base è lì per ricordarci che la bellezza si trova anche
nell’arte del non identico, in un intreccio diverso
eppure luminoso e leggero.
A subtle and refined interweaving aimed at recalling
some distant art, and allowing you to create a solid
support for the fixed surfaces of this table, where they
might seem impossible. It is like the ancient mastery
of weaving that sees a simple and thin thread of silk
transforming into shiny garments, which in MIKADO
becomes steel. The asymmetry in the base is there to
remind us that beauty is also found in the art of the
non-identical, in a different but bright and light weave.
