I Siloe è una famiglia di sedute, composta da sedia,
poltroncina e sgabelli dal design sobrio e armonico.
L’intera famiglia si distingue per una morbida seduta
sorretta da una struttura le cui le gambe si congiungono
in un disegno a croce. Lo schienale si lega alla seduta
con un’ironica curvatura e si estende oltre il sedile quasi
a volerlo proteggere. Sedia e poltroncina sono proposte
in due versioni, una con struttura in tubolare d’acciaio,
severa nelle linee ma ingentilita negli spessori, e una
con struttura in legno di frassino, più forte e rigorosa
alla vista. Nella poltroncina le gambe si estendono fino
a creare il supporto per i particolari braccioli, imbottiti
nella versione in metallo, che nel loro disegno curvato
sembrano voler abbracciare chi si siede. Lo sgabello,
realizzato con sola struttura in legno, è disponibile in
due altezze ed è completato da un poggiapiedi con
inserti in acciaio inox satinato.
E Siloe is a seating family consisting of a chair,
an armchair and stools of restrained and harmonious
design. The entire family is distinguished by soft seat
supported on a frame in which the legs are linked in a
cross design. The backrest is joined to the seat with an
ironic curvature and extends beyond the seat as if to
protect it. The chair and armchair are available in two
versions, one with a tubular steel frame, austere but
delicately profiled, and one with an ash wood frame
that is stronger in appearance. The legs of the armchair
extend to create support for the distinctive armrests,
padded in the metal version, which have a curving
design that seems to want to embrace the occupant.
The stool, made with a wooden frame only, is available
in two heights and is completed by a footrest with satin
stainless steel inserts.
