Born in Sicily, he moved a year later with his family
to Lumezzane (Brescia), which was an active
industrial centre in Lombardy. Here he finished his
studies and he graduated in mechanics as industrial
expert. He extended his knowledge by collaborating
with technological realities of his city.
He played the role of Senior Project Teach Designer
of plastic and die-casting moulds for 12 years
and he realized gears and moulds for Kawasaki,
Ducati, Gaggia, Mercedes, Fini, Prisma, Tronconi e
Artemide. Meanwhile he collaborated in the world
of sculpture with some of the most important artists
of the national and international scene. He played
the role of Research and Development in household
items with Mepra S.p.A. for other 14 years and at the
same time he began working in this area using steel
design and plastic high tech with Pandora Design,
UnitedPets and recently with Bialetti S.p.A.and
Mori2A S.p.A. In the lighting area he collaborated
with Light Contract (Flos S.p.A. department) and
signed three proposals for Habitat L.t.d and Mark
&Spencer L.t.d.
In 2008 he realized with Artemide S.p.A. “Pirce”
(Good design 2008, Red Dot Award in 2009, IF
Design Award in 2010). In 2011 “Alcatraz”, a floor
lamp.
In 2016 “Pan”, a table lamp and “Babilonia”suspended
LED lamp with an original and scenographic effect.
In the Bath / Welness sector, he collaborates with
Gessi S.p.A. signing in 2016 the new iconic collection
“Equilibrio”. At Cersaie 2018 with Rak ceramics
presented “Rak cloud” sanitary wares and mirrors
with strongly sculptural shapes and glamor.
He signed the “Metropoilis” tables collection for
Tonelli Design, the Frame”, “Marea” and “Eye”
mirrors for J&J Design and the “Piper” reclosable
chair “Piper” for Pezzani.

Nato in Sicilia, ad un anno si trasferisce con la sua
famiglia a Lumezzane, attivo centro industriale
del bresciano. Qui completa i suoi studi e ottiene
il dipolma di perito meccanico e industriale.
Ampia le sue conoscenze collaborando con realtà
tecnologiche della sua città. Ricopre per 12 anni
il ruolo di Senior Project Tech Designer realizando
stampi e atrezzatura per Kawasaki, Ducati, , Gaggia,
Mercedes, Fini, Prisma, Tronconi e Artemide.
Contemporaneamente collabora con alcuni fra i
più importanti artisti nazionali e internazionali nel
campo della scultura.
Successivamente lavora 14 anni in qualità di R&D
di articoli per la casa per Mepra S.p.A. Nello stesso
periodo comincia a lavorare, nello stesso campo,
usando acciaio e materiali plastici high tech con
Pandora Design, United Pets e Bialetti.
Nel campo dell’illuminazione collabora con Light
Contract (divisione di Flos) e firma tre proposte
per Habitat e Mark&Spencer. Nel 2008 crea per
Artemide Pirce (Good design 2008, Red Dot Award
2009, IF Design Award 2010).
Successivamente realizza Alcatraz (2011, lampada
da terra), Pan (2016, lampada da tavolo) e la
scenografica Babilonia (2016, sospensione).
Nel settore bagno/benessere collabora con Gessi
firmando nel 2016 l’iconica collezione Equilibrio.
A Cersaie 2018 in collaborazione con Rak presenta
Rak Cloud una serie di sanitari caratterizati da
forme scultoree e forte glamour.
Firma inoltre la collezione di tavoli Metropolis per
Tonelli Design, gli specchi Frame, Marea e Eye per
J&J Design, la sedia Piper per Pezzani.
