In compliance with art. 1510 Civil Code delivery is meant at the production premises and car-
ried out with the loading of the goods on the truck of the buyer or of the designated shipping
agent, even though the price is inclusive of transport.
Upon receipt of the goods the buyer shall check their quantity and entirety. Any claims shall be
submitted to Forma e Funzione within 8 working days from receipt of goods.
Returns are admitted only after prior written agreement with Forma e Funzione.
WARRANTY:
Forma e Funzione warrants that the products are covered by warranty in compliance with the
Italian and European laws and regulations in force from time to time.
Forma e Funzione warrants that the products comply with the agreed technical specifications
and are free from defects.
The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice to the customer and its duration is of
12 months. Warranty may be extended of further 12 months according to the law provisions
in foce.
Warranty duration is not affected by any warranty intervention.
Replaced parts remain Forma e Funzione’s property.
Warranty does not cover parts subject to wear out, incandescent, halogen and fluorescent
bulbs and discharge bulbs incorporated in Forma e Funzione’s products.
Warranty does not apply in case of damage or failure due to accident or force majeure, or to
buyer’s inexperience or negligence, or to poor or insufficient maintenance, or to unauthorized
modifications or interventions, or to violations and more generally to the non compliance with
installation, use and maintenance instructions.
PRODUCT LIABILITY:
Forma e Funzione has subscribed and maintains, at its own costs, an adequate and suitable
Product Liability Insurance policy according to the relevant Italian and European laws and regu-
lations in force from time to time.
