La storia imprenditoriale di Iris
Ceramica Group ha inizio nel
1961, quando venne fondata Iris
Ceramica dal Dottor Romano
Minozzi. Nel tempo vengono
acquisite e fondate le altre
aziende che oggi fanno parte
del Gruppo.
Il Gruppo è sempre stato spinto
da un forte spirito innovatore
e dall’attenzione costante per
la sostenibilità ambientale,
fungendo il più delle volte
da apripista nel settore
ceramico. Oggi questo spirito
imprenditoriale è portato
avanti dall’Amministratore
Delegato Federica Minozzi.
La sede si trova nel cuore
del distretto ceramico e
vede la presenza di più unità
produttive tra le province di
Modena e Reggio Emilia, a cui
si aggiungono due stabilimenti
negli Stati Uniti d’America e in
Germania. È presente in oltre
100 Paesi e conta circa 1.500
dipendenti tra gli stabilimenti
italiani ed esteri.

The history of Iris Ceramica
Group goes back to 1961, when
Iris Ceramica was founded
by Romano Minozzi. Over
time, the other companies
that are now members of the
group were either founded or
acquired.
The group has had a highly
innovative spirit from the start
and has always focused on
environmental sustainability,
most of the time leading
the way for the others in the
ceramics industry. Today, this
entrepreneurial spirit is kept
alive by managing director
Federica Minozzi.
The headquarters are located
in the heart of the ceramic
district and sees the presence
of several production units
between the provinces of
Modena and Reggio Emilia, in
addition to two plants in the
United States and in Germany.
With operations in over 100

employees on it books, spread
