Certificazione Leed
Già diffusa ed attiva in oltre 40 Paesi, il sistema di certificazione
Leed (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) valuta ed
attesta la sostenibilità ambientale, sociale ed economica degli edifici
considerati nel loro complesso. Secondo i criteri di classificazione LEED,
i materiali da costruzione con elevata ecosostenibilità contribuiscono
all’ottenimento dei crediti elevando il punteggio dell’edificio. Si certifica
che tutte le lastre presentate in questo strumento contengono una
percentuale di materiale riciclato superiore al 40% in accordo alla
norma ISO 14021, garantendo quindi i più alti punteggi secondo

Certificazione breeam
Ė tra i più diffusi standard al mondo ed è volto a misurare l’impatto
ambientale degli edifici mediante l’applicazione di specifici criteri
di valutazione della sostenibilità della costruzione. il sistema di
assegnazione del punteggio prevede tipologie di certificazione fissati
da rigorosi parametri tecnici e di controllo qualità basati sulle più
recenti tecnologie e conoscenze disponibili.
Active Surfaces, Icona Ecosostenibile
La filosofia alla base di ACTIVE SURFACES e di tutti i prodotti che
escono dalle nostre fabbriche sottende una particolare attenzione
per l’ambiente. Le ceramiche di tutti i brand di Iris Ceramica Group
sono realizzate attraverso una selezione accurata delle materie prime
e sono riciclabili. Molti dei nostri prodotti sono realizzati con oltre il
40% di contenuto riciclato, in conformità con il requisito LEED. Grazie
a test di laboratorio e analisi della letteratura, è stato determinato
che 1 mq di ACTIVE SURFACES impiega solo 2 anni per compensare
l’emissione di NOx necessaria per produrlo. Questo sta a significare
che successivamente ACTIVE SURFACES continua la propria attività a
favore del nostro benessere. Altrettanto non può essere dichiarato per
materiali che, essendo inerti, non sono in grado di compensare quanto
emesso per la loro produzione.

Leed Certification
Already widespread and active in more than 40 countries, the LEED
(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification system
assesses and attests to the environmental, social and economic
sustainability of buildings considered as a whole. According to the LEED
classification criteria, highly environmentally sustainable construction
materials contribute to achieving credits and increasing the points for
the building. All the slabs presented in this instrument are certified to
contain percentage of recycled material higher than 40% in accordance
with the ISO 14021 standard, thus guaranteeing the highest points
according to the LEED system. The updated list of certified collections

Breeam certification
It is the most widespread standard in the world and it is designed to
measure the environmental impact of buildings by applying specific
criteria for assessing the sustainability of the construction. The rating
system requires types of certification determined by strict technical
parameters and quality control which in turn are based on the most
recent technology and knowledge available.
Active surfaces an eco-sustainable icon
The philosophy behind ACTIVE SURFACES and all the products made
in our factories is to care deeply for the environment. All Iris Ceramica
Group brand ceramics are produced through careful selection of raw
materials and they are recyclable. Many of our products are made with
over 40% recycled content, in accordance with the LEED requirement.
Laboratory tests and literature analysis have determined that 1 sq m. of
ACTIVE SURFACES takes only 2 years to offset the NOx emissions required
to produce it. This means that ACTIVE SURFACES then continues to work
for our wellbeing. The same cannot be said for materials which, being
inert, are unable to offset the substances emitted to produce them.

garantit la durabilité environnementale, sociale et économique des
bâtiments dans leur globalité. D’après les critères de classement LEED,
les matériaux de construction extrêmement durables d’un point de vue
écologique permettent d’obtenir des crédits augmentant la note du
bâtiment. Nous certifions que toutes les plaques présentées dans ce
dispositif contiennent un pourcentage de matériaux recyclés supérieur
à 40 % conformément à la norme ISO 14021, garantissant ainsi les

Certification Breeam
C’est l’une des normes les plus répandues au monde et elle permet de
mesurer l’impact environnemental des bâtiments selon des critères
précis d’évaluation de la durabilité de la construction. Le système
d’attribution du score prévoit des types de certification établis selon
des paramètres techniques rigoureux et des contrôles qualité basés sur
technologies et les connaissances disponibles les plus récentes.
Active Surfaces, Une Icône D’éco-Durabilité
La philosophie à la base d’ACTIVE SURFACES et de tous les produits
qui sortent de nos usines sous-tend une attention particulière pour
l’environnement. Les céramiques de toutes les marques d’Iris Ceramica
Group sont fabriquées à partir d’une sélection rigoureuse des matières
premières et sont recyclables. Grand nombre de nos produits sont
réalisés avec plus de 40 % de contenu recyclé, conformément aux
critères de LEED. Les essais en laboratoire et l’analyse de la littérature
ont déterminé que de 2 ans suffisent pour compenser les émissions
de NOx nécessaires à la production de 1 m2 d’ACTIVE SURFACES. Cela
signifie qu’ACTIVE SURFACES poursuit ensuite son activité en faveur de
notre bien-être. On ne peut pas en dire autant des matériaux inertes qui
ne sont pas en mesure de compenser les NOx émis pour leur production.

Das bereits in mehr als 40 Ländern präsente und aktive
Zertifizierungssystem LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design) prüft und bestätigt die umweltfreundliche, soziale und
ökonomische Nachhaltigkeit der Bauten in ihrer Gesamtheit. Den
Klassifizierungskriterien von LEED entsprechend tragen hochrangig
ökonachhaltige Baumaterialien dazu bei, Pluspunkte für das Gebäude zu
sammeln. Es wird bestätigt, dass die in diesem Instrument vorgelegten
Platten einen Prozentsatz von mehr als 40 % an wiederverwerteter
Mischung gemäß Norm ISO 14021 enthalten: Sie gewährleisten also
nach dem LEED-System die höchsten Punktezahlen. Die aktualisierte

Breeam-Zertifizierung
Sie gehört zu den weltweit am meisten verbreiteten Standards
und dient dazu, die Umweltbelastung der Gebäude mit speziellen
Beurteilungskriterien der Nachhaltigkeit des Baus zu bemessen. Die
Zuerkennung der Punktebewertung sieht Zertifizierungen vor, die nach
strengen, auf den neuesten Technologien und Erkenntnissen aufbauenden
Maßstäben von Technik und Qualitätskontrolle festgelegt sind.
Active surfaces ikone der umweltnachhaltigkeit
Umweltnachhaltigkeit ist der unverzichtbare Leitfaden für die
Philosophie von ACTIVE SURFACES und allen Produkten, die unsere
Fabriken verlassen. Die Keramikprodukte aller Marken der Iris Ceramica
Group werden unter sorgfältiger Auswahl der Rohstoffe hergestellt und
sind recycelbar. Konform mit den Anforderungen des LEED-Systems
werden viele unserer Produkte zu einem Anteil von mehr als 40%
aus recyceltem Material gefertigt. Wie Labortests und Hinweise aus
der Fachliteratur belegen, sind die zur Herstellung von 1 qm ACTIVE
SURFACES ausgestoßenen NOx-Emissionen schon nach 2 Jahren durch
das Produkt kompensiert. Für die restliche Lebensdauer der Tafeln sind
die Aktivitäten von ACTIVE Reingewinn für Gesundheit und Umwelt.
Andere Produkte, inert in dieser Hinsicht, haben nicht die Fähigkeit; die
Schadstoffe die sie für die eigene Produktion erzeugen, anschließend
wieder abzubauen.
