15804. La presente dichiarazione viene redatta facendo riferimento alle linee guida
delle norme UNI EN ISO 14040 e alle regole specifiche per la categoria di prodotto
PCR (Product Category Rules). Tale documento descrive gli impatti ambientali
legati all’intero ciclo di vita di una specifica quantità di prodotto. La nostra Azienda

product declaration, based on analysis of the product life cycle (with a “from
cradle to grave” approach) in accordance with standard EN 15804. This
declaration is drawn up with reference to the guidelines of standard UNI EN ISO
14040 and the specific PCR (Product Category Rules). This document describes
the environmental impact of the entire life cycle of a specific quantity of product.

La certificazione NSF/ANSI 51 – 2014 – Food Equipment Materials (Materiali
per Attrezzature Alimentari): è stata sviluppata principalmente per le
applicazioni commerciali quindi anche bar, ristoranti, cucine di hotel, mense,
ecc. Le lastre ceramiche trovano ora applicazione, oltre che in usi come tavoli/
piani dove i clienti consumano cibi o bevande, anche nelle zone alimentari dove
vi può essere il contatto diretto con i cibi come ad es. piani di lavoro, banconi di
servizio di bar ecc., ad eccezione delle zone di contatto diretto con gli alimenti
nell’utilizzo in applicazioni di stoccaggio e/o conservazione. Tale certificazione
offre un’ulteriore qualificata garanzia di qualità e sicurezza per i consumatori nel
caso dei prodotti certificati.
NSF/ANSI 51 - 2014 Certification - Food Equipment Materials: The certification
has been developed mainly for commercial applications including bars,
restaurants, hotel kitchens and cafeterias. Ceramic slabs are now applied not
only in tabletop applications where customers consume food or beverages, but
also in areas where there may be direct contact with food such as worktops, bar
counters and so on, with the exception of direct food contact areas for storage
and/or preservation applications. This certification offers an additional and
certified guarantee of quality and safety for consumers in the case of certified
products.
La certification NSF/ANSI 51 - 2014 - Food Equipment Materials (matériaux
pour les équipements alimentaires): a été développé principalement pour
les applications commerciales, donc également pour les bars, restaurants,
cuisines d’hôtel, cantines, etc. Les dalles céramiques trouvent maintenant des
applications non seulement dans des utilisations comme les tables/les plans où
les clients consomment de la nourriture ou des boissons, mais aussi dans les
secteurs de restauration où il peut y avoir un contact direct avec la nourriture,
comme les plans de travail, les comptoirs des bars, etc., à l’exception des zones
de contact direct avec les aliments dans les applications de stockage et/ou de
conservation. Cette certification offre une garantie qualifiée supplémentaire de
qualité et de sécurité pour les consommateurs dans le cas de produits certifiés.

hauptsächlich für gewerbliche Anwendungen entwickelt, also auch für Bars,
Restaurants, Hotelküchen, Kantinen usw. Keramische Platten werden heute
nicht nur für Tische/Arbeitsflächen verwendet, worauf Kunden Speisen oder
Getränke verzehren, sondern auch in Bereichen, in denen ein direkter Kontakt
mit Lebensmitteln möglich ist, wie z. B. Arbeitsflächen, Theken in Bars usw., mit
Ausnahme von Bereichen mit direktem Lebensmittelkontakt bei der Lagerung
und/oder Konservierung. Diese Zertifizierung bietet den Verbrauchern eine
weitere qualifizierte Garantie für Qualität und Sicherheit bei bescheinigten
Produkten.
