palpabile, perché qui “è lo spazio mentale, non quello vero, ciò
che conta”. Così l’artista Xavier Corberó descrive la casa alle
porte di Barcellona nata dalla sua fantasia e costruita, un pezzo
alla volta per decenni, fino a racchiuderne l’intero universo
creativo. In questo caleidoscopio di stanze, tra sculture e scorci
surrealisti, gli arredi della collezione FENDI Casa trovano la
loro destinazione ideale, in un dialogo evocativo con il Palazzo
della Civiltà Italiana e con l’arco - codice espressivo della
maison – suo linguaggio d’elezione. Un’architettura poetica
oltre ogni immaginazione, ma pur sempre casa.

This is how the artist Xavier Corberó describes the house on
the outskirts of Barcelona, conceived from his imagination
and built up, one piece at a time over decades, to encompass
his entire creative universe. In this veritable kaleidoscope of
rooms, amidst sculptures and surrealist vistas, the furnishings
of the FENDI Casa Collection find their ideal habitat,
in an evocative setting that includes the arch - the maison’s
expressive code - as its chosen idiom. Poetic architecture that
transcends the imagination, and yet is still a home.
