There are two types of television signal wiring for several users: the parallel circuit ("star" wiring) and the series circuit.
�n the �rst case the dividers� also called separators� are �sed� which are responsible for e��itabl� dividin� the
power of the inp�t si�nal into �� � and �� altho��h it sho�ld be noted that for each division in � the power of
the si�nal for each o�tp�t also decreases b� half �act�all� even a little more: the si�nal drop is �s�all� �.���.� dB� .
This method of wirin� provides a �reat �niformit� of power in the television fre��enc� band and a �reat ins�lation
between the terminals� however� it re��ires more cables.
�n the second case the co�plers are �sed and the television channels are connected in series �cascade� one aſter
another. This t�pe of wirin� o�ers �ne��al division of the si�nal. S�ch a wirin� method provides �neven division
of the si�nal� is easier to implement and re��ires fewer cables. However� when this scheme is implemented the
si�nal reaches a lower n�mber of T� receivers.
