Spin-bo
Spin-bo si ispira alla trottola. Dalla trottola e dal suo movimento nasce l’idea della lampada
a parete e soffitto Spin-bo. Riproducendo l’effetto di una rapida rotazione continua,
Spin-bo fonde forma e colore creando un oggetto di grande pulizia ed equilibrio che
sembra sospesa nel vuoto. Un cono bianco satinato sul retro diffonde a parete una luce
tecnica e decisa, mentre il paralume frontale, con la sua finitura quadrettata trasparente
e metallizzata, dona brillantezza. Un disco luminoso che, con la sua luce discreta ed
avvolgente, focalizza l’attenzione e crea l’atmosfera.
Spin-bo means ‘spinning top’. The idea for the Spin-bo wall and ceiling lamp comes
from the movement of a top. By mimicking the effect of constant rapid rotation,
Spin-bo fuses shape and colour to create a wonderfully clean and balanced object
that appears to be suspended in mid-air. An frosted white cone at the back diffuses
a clear, precise light onto the wall, while the front shade adds brightness with its
transparent chequered effect. An illuminated disc whose discreet, welcoming light
draws the eye and creates atmosphere.
