In the hair salon, a series of Lumi Sfera
pendants of different dimensions recall a
soothing bubble bath. They were used in
the make-up room were a significant light
output is fundamental in order to properly
carry out the various tasks.
In the hair salon, instead, two sizes of
Diamond & Swirl pendants were placed
above the wash stations. Their sparkling
crystal reflections convey a sense of
luxury and sophistication as if daring the
customers in trying new looks.
The rest of the spaces are lit up by long
recessed Slot downlights. Their use serves
a practical need of light in the workspace.
However, they were laid out in groups of
different sizes in order to convey a playful
sensation.

SOLUTIONS
The various areas of the Spa have very different uses, and for
each one it was necessary to find the right solutions in terms of
lighting. Some parts benefit of natural lighting coming in from
big windows, whereas other rooms are darker and can only rely
on lighting fixtures.
Starting from the lobby, at the back of the reception desk, a
long line of Giunco floor lamps was used to welcome guests.
Their effect almost simulates a cane thicket as if to convey
a sense of balance and relaxation. Once customers enter the
Spa, they are immediately surrounded by natural elements like
bushes of cane and a wood reception desk. In order to further
give the idea of a real natural bush, the Giunco floor lamps were
recessed in the floor and covered by natural stones.
