IT. 1971. Genio, intuito, equilibrio.
Da un microfono televisivo mobile nasce l’idea di
Brotto di creare una lampada da terra che diventerà
uno dei importanti prodotti iconici di Esperia nel
mondo.
E da oggi, è disponibile anche nella nuova versione a
LED ed in due nuove finiture esclusive in occasione
dell’anniversario 70+1 di Esperia. Bianco con dettagli
in nickel nero e nero opaco con dettagli in ottone
cromato.
Giraffa è una lampada da terra orientabile ed
estensibile in alluminio satinato e dettagli in ottone
cromato. Un sistema di contrappesi permette di
posizionare la lampada in infinite configurazioni.
La struttura molto lineare e sottile, bilanciata da
contrappesi a parallelepipedo, si inserisce nello spazio
fino ad uno sbalzo di 250 cm: tale misura è anche il
raggio dell’area che Giraffa arrivare ad illuminare.
Giraffa ha un raggio di rotazione di 260°.

A boom microphone used in TV production is what
inspired Brotto’s idea for a floor lamp that would
become one of the important iconic products of
Esperia in the world.
Giraffa is linear, elegant, slender, balanced.
Now, it is also available in the new LED version and
in two new, exclusive finishes, to celebrate Esperia’s
70+1 anniversary. White with black nickel details and
matt black with chromed brass details.
Giraffa is an adjustable and extendable aluminium
floor lamp with satin finish and chromed brass details.
A system of counterweights makes it possible for the
lamp to be placed in different positions.
The very linear and thin structure, balanced by
parallelepiped counterweights, fits into the space up
to an overhang of 250 cm: this measurement is also
the radius of the area illuminated by Giraffa.
Giraffa has a radius of rotation of 260°.
