D’estate il mormorio delle conversazioni si mescola al canto
dei grilli, mentre i calici tintinnano e i passi risuonano sulle
pietre. Nella stagione autunnale, la tenuta si veste di colori
intensi. I boschi diventano rossi, rame, arancio bruciato.
L’aria profuma di terra e di legna, l’orizzonte diventa
pittorico. “È come vivere dentro una tela di Leonardo da
Vinci”, ha scritto un ospite. Ed è vero: il panorama non è mai
semplice sfondo, ma racconto vivente, un poema di colline
lente. Un rifugio per chi ama la bellezza che non grida. Per
chi ascolta, tocca, assapora. Per chi è alla ricerca di luoghi
in cui il tempo, invece di sfuggire, si ferma. Gli oggetti scelti

glints of marine light, the armchairs, sun beds, benches
and tables, fashioned by hand in recycled polycarbonate,
sparkling like solidified water and reflecting the rosy sky
of the Tuscan evening.
As night falls, the village lights
up like a lantern. In summer, the murmur of conversation
mixes with cricket song, clinking glasses and footsteps
sounding on stone. In autumn, the estate is clothed in
intense colour, forests turning red, burnt orange and
copper. A perfume of earth and wood hangs in the air,
and horizons are pictorial. “It’s like living in a canvas by
Leonardo da Vinci” wrote one guest, and it is true. These
panoramas are never simply a backdrop, but a story that
is living, a poem of slow hills. A refuge for those who love
a quieter beauty, for those who listen, touch and savour,
for those seeking places where time, instead of running
away, stops still. The objects, like those by Edra, chosen
to accompany this awareness, are an invitation to stop,
to look, to slow down. A caress on the landscape, they
remind us of what it means to inhabit time.
