After mounting LED boards into aluminium profiles, a two component, optically clear
High Strength Silicone Elastomer is used for IP65 protection.
After applying the elastomer compund, the product is cured before shipping to the customer.
An anthracite grey two component silicone elastomer is used to protect all electronic
components, by filling the custom designed driver housing.
Special care is taken to avoid air bubbles, minimising the risk of condensation.
