Only Doxis general terms of sale are applicable to all business transactions. Applying and refer to terms and conditions of the buyer, anyway, is expressly rejected by Doxis.
Colors in the printed catalogue are indicative. Colors on paper may differ from colors in reality.
Cost on repairs will not be accepted by Doxis unless previously confirmed and approved by Doxis, even if the responsibility is to be taken by Doxis.
Receiving packages: When receiving goods, please check package on visual damage as well as on quantity of boxes. In case a box is damaged or missing, please mark this on the shipping documents and inform Doxis
ASAP.
Warranty procedures: 5 years on all Doxis fixtures*.
*In case of warranty claims, all fixtures must be properly packed, and returned at sender’s risk to Doxis Lighting Factory. Warranty for electronic failure is limited to the electronic supplier’s warranty policy, usually limited to
the replacement of the electronic components, without installation cost, packing cost, or shipping cost. In order to claim warranty, proof of installation by a certified electrician must be provided. The environment in which
electronic components are installed must be ideal and perfect in order to claim warranty.
Price changes and price corrections, as well as technical changes and technical corrections are reserved without prior notice and without a binding guarantee.
Returning goods
Due to the versatility of colors, reflectors, dimensions, Ra-values, color temparatures, etc…, all Doxis products are unique. Reason why cancellations, returns and/or exchanges of Doxis products cannot be accepted
(equally for RTG-profiles or Lounge luminaires).

Prijzen excl. BTW in Euro, excl. recupel, af fabriek Genk, België. Goederen reizen op risico van de koper.
Enkel de algemene verkoopsvoorwaarden van Doxis zijn van toepassing. Het toepassen en verwijzen naar algemene voorwaarden van de koper, hoe dan ook genoemd, wordt door ons nadrukkelijk van de hand
gewezen.
Prijswijzigingen en technische wijzigingen zonder voorafgaandelijke aankondigingen voorbehouden.
Bijdrage Recupel: 0.01€ excl. BTW per verlichtingstoestel (enkel voor België)
Kleuren: Kleuren in de cataloog gedrukt zijn indicatief. Kleuren op papier kunnen afwijken van kleuren in de realiteit.
Reparatiekosten: worden niet door Doxis geaccepteerd tenzij deze vooraf bevestigd en goedgekeurd zijn door Doxis, ook wanneer de verantwoordelijkheid voor deze reparatie bij Doxis ligt.
Het in ontvangst nemen van zendingen: collis grondig controleren op aantallen en op uiterlijk vertoon van schade en desgevallend de schade op het ontvangstborderel vermelden.
In geval van manco’s of van uiterlijk vertoon van schade van de verpakking, Doxis onmiddellijk verwittigen. Bij het niet kunnen voorleggen van een ontvangstborderel met vermelding van de schade kan Doxis
haar aanspraak op verzekering bij de transportfirma niet laten gelden en kan Doxis bijgevolg ook geen schade uitkeren aan de klant.
Garantiebepalingen: 5 Jaar op alle Doxis toestellen*.
*In geval van schade moeten de armaturen schadevrij verpakt geleverd worden bij Doxis Lighting Factory. Garantie voor electronische componenten is gelimiteerd tot de garantievoorwaarden van de leverancier
van de electronische componenten. Dwz, gelimiteerd tot het leveren van de componenten zelf, zonder vergoeding voor installatiekosten, verpakking of verzending. Om voor garantie in aanmerking te komen, moet
bewijs van installatie door een gecertificeerde installateur voorgelegd worden en moeten de electronische componenten in een optimale omgeving gemonteerd zijn voor de werking van deze.
Prijswijzigingen en prijscorrecties alsook technische wijzigingen en technische correcties zijn zonder voorafgaandelijke aankondigingen en zonder verbintelijke garantie voorbehouden.
Retours
Omwille van de veelzijdigheid in kleuren, reflectoren, maten, Ra-waarde, kleurtemperatuur, etc. is elk Doxis armatuur uniek en kan annulering, teruggave of omruiling van bestelde Doxis goederen niet geac-
cepteerd worden (ook niet voor RTG-profielen of Lounge-toestellen).
