An Italian story
Accade spesso di incominciare la realizzazione di un sogno in un luogo umile e
improvvisato, quasi impensabile . Quella di Dorelan inizia in un garage di quindici
metri quadri, di quelli in cui due persone ci stanno strette . Ma l’amicizia di Diano
Tura e Pietro Paolo Bergamaschi è forte, da sempre . Nasce nel febbraio del 1950,
si intensifica sempre più negli anni, parallelamente alla crescita del sogno di
produrre materassi italiani di altissima qualità.
I due lavorano gomito a gomito, in perfetta intesa e sinergia, continuano a farlo
anche quando gli spazi aumentano e il nome Dorelan arriva nelle vetrine di tutta
Italia, prima, in quelle oltre i confini nazionali, poi .
L’eredità di Diano e Pietro Paolo viene raccolta dai loro figli che con dedizione
portano avanti un progetto nato più di mezzo secolo fa. Un progetto con una
visione chiara: il sonno è l’elemento più importante per il benessere delle
persone.
Qui entrano in gioco la passione, l’impegno e la ricerca della qualità a ogni costo;
queste caratteristiche permettono a Dorelan di diventare una vera eccellenza
italiana. Di quelle che in un solo paese non ci stanno e a un certo punto salpano
verso nuovi confini, anche oltreoceano .
Dreams often start in the humblest of places . The Dorelan dream began in
a fifteen square meter garage with two friends Diano Tura and Pietro Paolo
Bergamaschi . They had met in 1950 and through the years they became closer
and closer as they pursued their shared dream of making high quality Italian
mattresses .
Since the beginning they worked side by side in perfect harmony then they
moved on from that small garage to a bigger space with the Dorelan name
appearing in store windows all over the country and beyond .
Diano and Pietro Paolo’s legacy lives on nurtured by their children who have
dedicated themselves to the Dorelan project first conceived over 50 years ago .
The two friends had a clear vision: sleep is the most important element for the
well-being of people .
Passion, commitment and above all the pursuit of quality have made Dorelan a
recognizable symbol of genuine Italian excellence . After establishing its brand
in Italy the company set its sights on new markets and across the ocean .
