The story of Dorelan
Dorelan's story is one of people, dreams and dedication.
It begins in 1968 when Diano Tura and Pietro Paolo Bergamaschi decide to leave
their jobs and devote themselves to a more ambitious project: making superior
quality mattresses. So, in a small garage in Forlì the first Dorelan products were
born, made with all the taste and craftsmanship that have always distinguished
Italian production.
From Forlì to the whole of Italy, and then the global market: constant growth,
organic and patient. One step at a time, with a vision that prioritises quality,
always. The founders obtain considerable investment in scientific research,
technology and, above all, people.
Today Dorelan manufactures mattresses, toppers, pillows, bed bases and
accessories, and also supplies the hotel industry, cruise companies and the
world of sport.
With 450 employees and over 2000 sales points in Italy and abroad, the
company increasingly looks overseas, with the solid, unwavering commitment
to continue production in the place where Diano and Pietro Paolo's great dream
began.
Today these values and the founders' mission are perpetuated by their children,
who continue to work with tradition while embracing innovation. Dorelan's
story is one of people, dreams and dedication.
