The production site is the beating heart of Dorelan.
It is the birthplace of products, ideas and patents. It is the birthplace of
our values, made of moments, precision, attention to details and infinite
passion for our art.
Over 40.000 square metres, 10.000 of which are occupied by warehouse
facilities, with over 2.000 items manufactured each day.
The presence of five companies in one generates a significant competitive
edge, each respectively focused on wood, chemicals, mechanics,
sartorial finishings and assembly. This characteristic makes us unique and
is decisive in the creation of the product and its promise: well-being.
Each step of production takes place at the company.
This is where rigorously selected raw materials are processed and where
all mattress, bed, bed bases and pillow parts are made.
Myform and every single spring are made at the headquarters to ensure
total control along every step of the product development process. The
result is the utmost level of uniformity, performance, precision and long-
lasting comfort.
Lastly, there is beauty. As with all products, the production site is also
inspired by a strong aesthetic value. Elegant, charismatic, designed to be
recognisable, welcoming, inviting: it is an international visual icon of the
bedding industry. Beyond the external façade, spacious, suggestive and
