Commissioned in 1564 by Saint Charles Borromeo,
the magnificent Baroque palace in Corso Venezia
is now the new five-star hospitality gem by Lungarno
Collection, the hotel company of the Ferragamo
family. Peaceful and secluded, the suites of the new
address for luxury hospitality in Milan were designed
with inspiration from 1950s milanese living rooms
and made following the Tuscan manufacturing
tradition evoked by the leather brass handles of the
doors as well as the surfaces of the bathrooms, made
of Carrara or Breccia Medicea marbles.
Fatto costruire nel 1564 da San Carlo Borromeo, il magnifico
edificio barocco di Corso Venezia è oggi il nuovo gioiello
dell’ospitalità a cinque stelle di Lungarno Collection, compagnia
alberghiera della famiglia Ferragamo. Silenziose e riservate,
le suite del nuovo indirizzo dell’ospitalità luxury meneghina
sono state disegnate traendo ispirazione dai salotti milanesi
degli Anni Cinquanta e realizzate attingendo alla più autentica
tradizione manifatturiera toscana, evocata dalle maniglie in
cuoio delle porte e dalle superfici delle sale da bagno, in marmo
di Carrara o in Breccia Medicea.
