Skin has many different aspects. There is
structure, there is colour, there is density.
It can enable contact, or it can be
contrasting, it can be smooth or rough,
it can be full of perfect imperfections.
It can endure a lot, while remaining
soft and gentle.

Aspects that are also represented in
our Oono family. Oono invites to be
touched. The soft glow of the sphere as
an archetype. When touched, you feel the
smooth surface, that at the same time is in
contrast with the cold feeling of the bare
metal that carries it. As an exterior luminaire
it needs to endure harsh conditions and
its perfect imperfections are visible in the
marbled golden look, as no two of them
