DESIGN COLLABS.
DEAN SKIRA
Dean Skira is the founder of Skira, an
award-winning studio based in Pula,
Croatia. They have completed projects
in the EU, Middle East, Russia, Canada
and the UK. For the past 30 years, Dean
has been collaborating with investors,
architects and other designers to create
meaningful lighting experiences.
Polesano Bollard is a new range within
the Polesano family. Thanks to its high
performance optical system, it can be
positioned up to 10 metres apart, which
in turn equates to a need for fewer
luminaires, and thus more energy savings.
The luminaires themselves can be fitted
with special low power LED sources that
eliminate blue light. This Nature Centric
Lighting, together with the positioning
of the LED, reduces light pollution and
minimises visual disturbance to nearby
flora and fauna.
PARK ASSOCIATI
Founded in 2000 by Filippo Pagliani
and Michele Rossi, Park Associati is an
interdisciplinary collective of architects,
designers, researchers and innovators
based in Milan. They specialise in
architectural design, urban planning,
interior design and product design.
The result of our collaboration with Park
Associati is Nebbia, a family of fixtures
inspired by the mists of Milan. With its
rounded geometric design, mesmerising
yet tactile glass cover, and meticulously
chosen colour palette, Nebbia never fails
to capture your imagination. In 2024,
Nebbia received the prestigious Red Dot
Award for lighting design.
