Thanks to the fact that Deknudt Mirrors silvers the glass in its own factory we have the opportunity to design and manufacture mirrors that play with mirrored and transparent parts. We already have quite a few rectangular mirror designs using this technique, like the Swell, Twilight, Oxide, Fill and one round mirror, Flos but were lacking a big oval mirror using the same technique. The Center mirror is the new design that fills this void.
The illusion of a frame is created by one transparent line around the central mirror piece and by alternating mirrored parts with transparent ones. In this way, like the Swell (2762.101), it creates a two dimensional impression of a three dimensional mirror. This mirror can hang in 2 directions
