er Startschuss für das Projekt fiel
circa ein Jahr nach Beginn der
Pandemie. So war es möglich, die
geänderten Anforderungen in Bezug
auf flexibles Arbeiten im Kreativprozess aufzu-
greifen – und die Planung mit einer aktuellen
Fragestellung auf eine gänzlich neue Basis zu
stellen:
Welchen Mehrwert bietet das Office in post-
pandemischer Zeit? Was motiviert dazu, das
Homeoffice zu verlassen? Wie lässt sich das
Wohlbefinden steigern?

he project began roughly one year
after the pandemic started. This
allowed them to adapt to the new
requirements surrounding flexible
work in the creative process and shape their
plans around an entirely new premise with the
now pertinent questions:
What added value should offices offer in post-
pandemic times? What motivation is there to
work at the office instead of from home? How
can well-being be improved?
