The passion for objects meant as industrial products, the glue of the professional relationship between Alfredo Chiaramonte and Marco Marin, is also the clean‐cut in the collection of lamps Dome designed for de Majo.
The transparent glass and the fabric diffusers are two constituent elements of this collection which consists in nine objects of different sizes: pendants, ceiling lights, table lamps and wall lamps adjustable at will and according to individual needs.
The collection Dome, with a dome-shaped design, Dome in fact, offers a variety of materials combined with the construction type of continuity.
The concept behind the design is the attempt to create a series of lamps in which the overall shape is a unit volume, where the fabric diffuser is an ideal continuation of the profile made of blown glass.
The diffuser in transparent turtledove grey and tissue shade with prominent texture in ivory color inside white or diffuser in transparent orange glass and tissue shade with promient texture in turtledove grey inside white, the sophisticated chrome metal structure, the overall essential and simple form are the main characteristics of this versatile collection willing to offer a reassuring design while modulating the traditional
elements in a completely new way.
The entire collection makes use of LED light source 2700K CRI90 thus ensuring optimal performance and a premium visual comfort.
