This document replaces any other previous one.
Davide Groppi srl reserves the right to change its products without notice. In this case, the descriptions printed here are not binding.
The sizes are expressed in millimeters.
Shipment.
Returned merchandise must be authorized in writing by Davide Groppi srl.
Any claim must be made in writing to Davide Groppi srl within 7 days of the delivery date. If not, will not be accepted.
Warranty.
All products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of delivery.
The warranty is not valid for damage caused by third parties.
Any damage resulting from improper installation or changes to products cannot be considered the responsibility of Davide Groppi srl.
Rights.
No part of this document may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means: electronic, mechanical or otherwise,
without the written permission of Davide Groppi srl.
Jurisdiction.
For any dispute, Piacenza, Italy, will be the court of jurisdiction.
Privacy.
Davide Groppi srl protects the confidentiality of personal data as provided to articles 12, 13 and 14 of the European Regulation n. 679/2016 (“GDPR”).
