catalogazione di ogni singola realizzazione,
consentendo una loro riproduzione anche
dopo un certo lasso di tempo. Un database
nella casa madre archivierà e manterrà
i dati sviluppati nei successivi 10 anni.

to catalogue each single realization. Thus, the reproduction
is even possible after a certain lapse of time. A database
installed in the main seat of the company archives the
developed data and is so available for at least 10 years.
/ DE _ Die Panele D.Hills sind aufgrund digitaler Projizierung
entstanden und gestatten so die Katalogisierung jeder
einzelnen Verwirklichung und erlauben selbst nach einem
längeren Zeitraum deren Reproduktion. Eine Datenbank
befindet sich im Hause Donà, wo die entsprechenden
gespeicherten Daten 10 Jahre lang zur Verfügung stehen.

estetica e design anche la funzione di correzione acustica,
armonizzando quegli ambienti che presentano un elevato
discomfort acustico. Grazie ai materiali che li compongono,
in prevalenza spugnosi e con bassa densità, sono in grado di
assorbire gran parte dell’energia sonora incidente su di essi,
riflettendone solo una minima quantità.

/IT_Le nostre condizioni generali di vendita si intendono
accettate dall’acquirente con il conferimento dell’ordine/i.
La ns. Ditta si riserva la facoltà di apportare in qualsiasi
momento senza preavviso, quelle modifiche tecniche ed
estetiche più opportune al fine di migliorare il proprio
prodotto, mantenendo comunque le caratteristiche
essenziali. Il termine di consegna riportato nella conferma
d’ordine è puramente indicativo e non vincolante, si esclude
pertanto qualsiasi indennizzo per eventuali ritardi, per
forniture particolari non standard i tempi di consegna
verranno comunicati volta per volta. I reclami di qualunque
genere, dovranno essere fatti entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento
della merce tramite lettera raccomandata. La Ditta assicura
la sostituzione delle parti difettose solo dopo la restituzione
delle stesse, per la merce rovinatasi non per nostra causa
la riparazione verrà addebitata. Le contestazioni per danni
derivanti dal trasporto devono essere fatte al trasportatore
al momento dello scarico. La merce rimane fino al totale
pagamento di proprietà della nostra ditta che si riserva la
facoltà di ritirarla su insolvenze.

the order(s) by the client. The company reserves the right to apply
technical and aesthetical modifications at any moment without
previous information in order to improve the product without
changing its essential characteristics. The delivery terms indicated
on the confirmation are purely indicative and not binding. In
case of special executions, the company denies any request of
compensation for eventual delays. In this case, the delivery terms
will be communicated from time to time. Any reclamation must
be communicated by registered mail within 8 days after receipt
of the merchandise. The company will replace defective parts
only after having received them. The cost of an eventual repair in
case the defect is not fault of our company, will be charged to the
client. Complaints regarding goods damaged during the transport
must be communicated to the forwarding agent at the moment
of unloading. The goods will remain the property of the company
until their total payment and the company reserves the right to
withdraw the goods in case of insolvency.
/ DE _Unsere allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen gelten mit
der Auftragsbestätigung vom Kunden als anerkannt. Unsere
Firma behält sich das Recht vor, jederzeit ohne Vorankündigung
technische und ästhetische Änderungen, die zum technischen
Vorteil des Produktes beitragen, jedoch unter Beibehalt
der wesentlichen Charakteristiken zu ändern. Die auf der
Auftragsbestätigung angegebenen Lieferzeiten sind rein indikativ
und nicht bindend, jegliche Ansprüche auf Schadenersatz für
zu späte Lieferungen im Falle von Sonderanfertigungen sind
ausgeschlossen: entsprechende Lieferzeiten werden von Mal zu
Mal bekanntgegeben. Reklamationen müssen innerhalt von 8
Tagen mittels Einschreiben mitgeteilt werden. Die Firma garantiert
den Ersatz defekter Teile, jedoch erst nach Rücksendung
derselben. Im Falle von Reklamationen, die nicht auf das
Verschulden der Lieferfirma zurückzuführen sind, werden die
Reparaturkosten der defekten Teile dem Kunden in Rechnung
gestellt. Reklamationen im Falle von Transportschäden müssen
dem Spediteur sofort bei Entladung der Ware mitgeteilt werden.
Die Ware bleibt bis zu ihrer völligen Zahlung Eigentum unserer
Firma, die sich das Recht vorbehält, die Ware bei Insolvenz
zurückzuholen.
