seconda del tipo di macchia.
This procedure is carried out to
remove stains or residues that are
particularly old or stubborn. Make
sure to always perform a precautio-
nary test before using the product
(on a tile that is not laid), especially
for Honed or Polished products.
The table shown below indicates
the detergents that are effective
according to the type of stains.

Nei normali detergenti in
commercio sono a volte
contenute cere o additivi
lucidanti che, lavaggio dopo
lavaggio, depositano sul
pavimento patine lucide, causa
di noiose alonature. Patine di
questo tipo possono essere
depositate anche da detergenti
disinfettanti a base alcolica e
stucchi per le fughe.
Semplici alimenti come Coca
Cola, vino, acqua, etc., cadendo
sul pavimento tolgono questa
patina lucida e ripristinano
l’aspetto originale più opaco
delle piastrelle. In mezzo al
pavimento più lucido, le zone
senza cera appaiono come aloni
opachi, in realtà sono le uniche
parti pulite del pavimento. In
questi casi bisogna:
1. Prima di tutto togliere la patina
lucida da tutto il pavimento
(vedi tabella seguente);
2. Poi, per le pulizie quotidiane,
utilizzare detergenti neutri
che non contengano né cere
né patine lucidanti (vedi
paragrafo precedente “pulizie
quotidiane/ordinarie”).
Standard detergents that are
available in the market sometimes
contain waxes or polish additives
that, wash after wash, deposit
glossy glaze on the floor and
causes annoying marks. Patinas of
this type can also be deposited
by alcohol-based disinfectant
detergents and grouting for joints.
When simple foods such as Coke,
wine, water, etc.., fall on the floor,
they remove this type of glossy
glaze and restore the original
appearance of the tiles (a more
opaque look).
In the middle of the shinier floor,
the areas without wax appear as
opaque marks, but they are actually
the only clean parts of the floor. In
these cases, the following must be
done:
1. First of all, remove the glossy
glaze from the entire floor (see
table below);
2. Then, for daily cleaning, use
neutral detergents that do not
contain wax or polishing glaze
(see the previous paragraph:
“daily/standard cleaning”).

bles dans le commerce contiennent
souvent des cires ou des additifs
de cirage qui, lavage après lavage,
déposent sur le revêtement de sol
des films brillants qui entraînent
la formation d’auréoles difficiles
à éliminer. Des dépôts de ce genre
peuvent être dus à des détergents
désinfectants à base d’alcool et à
des enduits pour joint de carrelage.
Si de simples boissons, comme le
Coca-Cola, le vin, l’eau, etc., sont
renversées sur le sol, ce film brillant
part et les carreaux reprennent
leur aspect original plus mat. Au
milieu du sol plus brillant, les zones
sans cire apparaissent comme des
auréoles mates mais, en réalité, ce
sont les seules parties propres du
revêtement de sol. Dans ce cas, il
faut:
1. avant toute chose, éliminer le
film brillant sur l’ensemble du
revêtement de sol (voir tableau
ci-après) ;
2. ensuite, pour le nettoyage journa-
lier, utiliser des détergents neutres
qui ne contiennent pas de cire ni
de films brillants (voir para-
graphe précédent « nettoyages
journaliers/ordinaires »).

de Reinigungsmittel auf Alkoholba-
sis und Fugenmassen entstehen.
Einfache Lebensmittel wie Coca
Cola, Wein, Wasser usw. entfernen
durch Fallen auf den Boden diese
glänzende Schicht und bringen den
matten Originalzustand der Fliesen
wieder zum Erscheinen. Auf dem
glänzenden Teil des Bodens erschei-
nen die Bereiche ohne Wachs als
matte Schatten, eigentlich handelt
es sich um die einzigen sauberen
Bereiche des Bodens. In diesen Fällen
muss man:
1. Zuerst die glänzende Schicht vom
ganzen Boden entfernen (siehe
folgende Tabelle);
2. Dann zur täglichen Reinigung
neutrale Reinigungsmittel verwen-
den, die keine Wachse oder glänz-
ende Zusätze enthalten (siehe
vorheriger Abschnitt „tägliche/
regelmäßige Reinigung“).
