Two linked containers make up a home of 60m2 with a living room,
kitchen and laundry room in addition to a suite with bath. The white
color abounds in this minimalist setting and there are pieces by
important designers, such as Oki Sato, that bring sophisticated,
modern touches.
To dress the facade, the covering of the container, and the interior
levels, the architect chose the ultra-compact Dekton surface in its
Zenith color. The kitchen table is done in Dekton Olimpo, while Dekton
Opera stands out in the walls of the kitchen and the bathroom. Dekton
Ariane adorns the facade, and Silestone Blanco Norte tone was placed
to finish off the pristine counter in the bath.
According to the architect, this overall concept facilitates unique
applications and can offer solutions for a good number of people. “I
thought that the concept of the house could function very well, for
example as a pavilion for guests on the property of an already existing
home. It’s a minimalist project that doesn’t compete with any style, not
even with nature.”
To finish off the exterior, the Casa Contêiner has an external area of
1,076 square feet with White Lava Granite floor, a hydroponic orchard
and a personalized bamboo garden.

sala de estar, cocina y lavandería, además de una suite con baño.
Tonos blancos en abundancia, clima minimalista y piezas de grandes
diseñadores, como Oki Sato, que aportan píldoras de sofisticación y
modernidad.
Para revestir la fachada, la cobertura del contenedor y los pisos
internos, la arquitecta escogió la superficie ultracompacta Dekton en
el color Zenith. La mesa de la cocina está revestida de Dekton Olimpo
y Dekton Opera destaca en las paredes de la cocina y del baño.
Dekton Ariane realza la fachada y Silestone, en su tonalidad Blanco
Norte, se colocó como remate de la prístina encimera del baño.
Según la arquitecta, la idea facilita aplicaciones muy determinadas y
puede ofrecer soluciones a un buen número de personas. "Pensé que
el concepto de la casa podría funcionar muy bien, por ejemplo, como
un pabellón para huéspedes en un terreno de una casa ya existente.
Un proyecto minimalista, que no compite con ningún estilo, ni siquiera
con la naturaleza".
Como remate exterior, la Casa Contêiner cuenta con un área externa
de 100m2 con suelo de Granito White Lava, una huerta hidropónica y
un personal jardín de bambú.
