Casa 14 Arquitectura performed the work of this
9687 sq ft flat following two essential criteria:
“the spatial integration between pavements and
the simplicity of their materiality”. In this way,
the environments are visually connected through
generous openings between the three levels,
emphasizing the link between them through the
gardens and the movement”, they explain. The
will to integrate the vegetation into the interior
of the house was another one of the master lines
of creation in this impressive project. To this,
“a rational and precise measure of the construc-
tive elements: wood, blank elements, glass and
vegetation” had to be added, “which contributed
to the spatial perception and the richness
of the textures”.
Casa 14 Arquitectura realizó la obra de este
apartamento de 900 m2 bajo dos premisas esen-
ciales: “La integración espacial entre los pavi-
mentos y la simplicidad de sus materiales. Así, los
ambientes se conectan visualmente por generosas
aberturas entre los tres niveles, enfatizando la
relación transversal de los ambientes a través de
los jardines y las circulaciones”, explican. Esto,
junto con el deseo de integrar la vegetación en el
interior de la casa, fueron las líneas maestras de
creación de este impactante proyecto.
A ello hubo que añadir “una medida racional
y precisa de elementos constructivos: madera,
elementos en blanco, vidrio y vegetación,
lo que contribuyó a la percepción espacial y la
riqueza de texturas”, añaden.
