SOMNI meaning “dream” is an evolution of fine dining as
imagined by ThinkFoodGroup Culinary Director, Aitor Zabela,
and Chef Jose Andres. As you step in SOMNI it’s like walking
into another world. Whereas Dekton Fiord wall cladding meets
noble woods creating design and luxury, as the exclusive and
the experiential can come together in a unique environment. /
Perteneciente a Think Food Group, de José Andrés, y dirigido
por el chef Aitor Zabala, SOMNI es la materialización de su
propio nombre: un sueño. En él confluyen el lujo, el diseño, lo
exclusivo y lo experiencial, donde el revestimiento de Dekton
Fiord acompaña a las maderas nobles creando una atmósfera
única.

the idea that a great chef would cook in front of them in
their own house: “Giving a stage to that desideratum was the
germinal concept of the project” / El Estudio Capella García

un gran chef cocinase frente a ellos en su propia casa: “Dar
escenario a este desiderátum fue el concepto germinal del
proyecto”.
