Bianca is inspired by the symmetrical beam structure
typical of snowflakes, rendered through luminous arms
in a matt brass or matt black silk lacquered finish.
The lamp is composed of modules within the structure
that, when connected, shape the different variations
of the family.
The connection of the lamp is not via wires
but by contact.
Each module consists of two printed circuits that,
in contact with those in the other modules, allow
electricity to run through and illuminate the lamp.
The tubular light sources are the bulbs themselves
in three different sizes, made exclusively by Contardi
with a low-voltage E14 socket (24V).

Bianca si ispira alla struttura ad assi simmetrici tipica
dei fiocchi di neve, resa attraverso bracci luminosi nella
finitura ottone opaco o laccato nero seta opaco.
La lampada è composta da moduli all’interno della struttura
che, collegati uno con l’altro, danno forma alle diverse
declinazioni della famiglia.
Il collegamento della lampada non avviene tramite fili,
ma per contatto.
Ogni singolo modulo è composto da due circuiti stampati
che, a contatto con quelli presenti negli altri moduli,
permettono di portare l'elettricità per illuminare la lampada.
Le sorgenti luminose tubolari sono le lampadine stesse
in tre diverse dimensioni, fatte realizzare appositamente
da Contardi, con attacco E14 a bassissima tensione (24V).
