The process for the building site was divided into distinct phases, depending on the specificity
of the restoration intervention, with the employment of skilled workers and professionals from
different specializations. The duration of the work has been about two years, the first phase of
about one year was made with integrated technologies and cutting-edge structural remediation
and restoration of the foundations and basement that will house the spa area.
The second year of construction has seen the use of different types of workers, from the
construction and plant industry to the finishes and artistic decorations. Designers and stand
builders have worked on the interior, while a specialized team has been working on the park,
roads and landscape structures, successfully focusing on their work during the restrictive spring
season. Thanks to the technical staff and the excellent organization of the timing of the project,
the delivery of the “turnkey” to the Villa Olga complex has strictly complied with the previsions,
and it took place in July 2013.
